Our Network was under extreme customer pressure to provide higher bandwidth capacity to meet the need for newer Hi-Capacity Services. This pressure created problems for our hardware suppliers, and placed a tremendous burden on our installation vendors. With increased volumes our turf oriented installation vendors could not keep up with service demands. The Maryland/DC area in particular was suffering from longer service delays due to volumes and the inability to get equipment installed, tested and turned up for service. IncrediTek was a very new company headed by its President and CEO Adam Pattisall. IncrediTek was setting up a new operation to provide Vendor provided Engineering, Installation and minimal material requirements. These services would only be provided in the Maryland/DC area. IncrediTek basically said, "If you have a need for service we will be happy to supplement your local approved vendor. If they can't provide you service when you need it, call us". IncrediTek also said "Everything we do has to be a win win for our business and yours". At that moment under tremendous customer pressure we began our relationship. IncrediTek not only met our expectations, but also exceeded them. The Maryland/DC area came to rely on IncrediTek for many reasons. We knew when IncrediTek took a job, it would be done right the first time. Their processes were very comprehensive, whether it was Engineer, Furnish and Install or just Engineering, all details were done timely, records were appropriately updated and invoices were fairly developed and properly billed. IncrediTek provided great value for the work they provided. As our working relationship developed I had peace of mind that any job issued to IncrediTek was in excellent trustworthy hands. I knew if IncrediTek had the job, I could concentrate elsewhere.
